Refund Policy
On Claims
(a)If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell service that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers, and our high quality support team using Cutting edge technologies. That is why we can afford to back our service with this special guarantee. we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
(b) If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund (pro-rated) by sending your request in writing to our support department within thirty (15) days of completing your new order .
(c) To raise a refund request, please write to us at mailus@smsjanya.com within fifteen (15) days of completing your new order
(d) Customers are required to clearly mention the Reason for refund.
(e) Refund will only be provided in case of paid orders.
No refund will be generated, created, claimed or processed on the customised service offers & Discounts.
Refund will be done only for the available credits, no refunds will be done for campaign credits
Refunds will be not be done on the submission, failed, NDNC, or other (on the whole there is no refund on the campaign done
(f) All Eligible refunds will take maximum of 10 maximum of 15 working days to process and it will be refunded in your Bank account directly
(g) Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
(h)The refund shall be made only for the last SMS purchase and payment transaction charges shall be deducted, if any
(i) Processing charges @ 10% shall be deducted out of the eligible refundable amount before receiving pro-rated refund.
(j) JWS is not responsible on the network issues and no claims will be processed
(k) JWS also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund if any breach found .
(l) JWS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Any kind of abuse directed towards our staff in any medium or format will result in immediate suspension or termination of your services.
